GOVERNMENT HOUSE.
HONGKONG. 6th February, 1922.
With reference to your despatch No.388 of the 25th November, 1921, I have the honour to forward for
the information of the Government Chemist a copy of a report by the Analyst, together with a covering minute from the Principal Civil Medical Officer giving details of the work
done in the Laboratory.
It will be seen that the amount of work has decreased during the last few years, probably owing to the fact that a private laboratory was opened in the year 1918.
I have the honour to be,
Sir,
Your most obedient humble servant
7. E. Stutt
Governor, &c.

WINSTON CHURCHILL, M.P.,
